1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash (for in-person sessions).
2. Do you offer sliding-scale fees or insurance reimbursement?
Yes. Fees range from INR 850 to INR 3,000. While we do not directly accept insurance, we provide receipts that can be used for reimbursement.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50%, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
4. How do I join an online session?
You’ll receive a secure video link via email or WhatsApp. Simply click to join
5. What if I’m in crisis?

6. Can I switch therapists?
Yes. Just let us know if you’d like to try working with someone else. We’ll support you through the transition
7. Is group therapy confidential?
Yes. All group members agree to keep what is shared private.
8. How long will I need therapy?
That depends on your goals. Some people benefit from short-term work, while others continue longer. Your therapist will guide you.
9. How do I prepare for my first session?
Reflect on what brings you to therapy. Arrive a few minutes early. Your therapist will take it from there
10. Will I be given medication?
No. Our center offers only talk therapy. If you need psychiatric support, we can refer you to a trusted psychiatrist
11. How often should I book a session?
This depends on your needs and your therapist’s recommendations. Many clients begin with weekly sessions.
