3. Interviews: The committee conducts interviews with the students, witnesses, and other parties involved.

Step 4: Findings and Recommendations

1. Investigation Report: The grievance committee submits a detailed investigation report, including findings and recommendations.
2. Resolution Options: The report may suggest resolution options, such as mediation, counseling, or disciplinary action.

Step 5: Decision and Action

1. Decision: The designated authority reviews the investigation report and decides on the grievance.
2. Action: The institution takes necessary action based on the decision, which may include implementing resolution options or providing compensation.

Step 6: Follow-up and Review

1. Follow-up: The institution follows up with the student to ensure the grievance has been resolved to their satisfaction.
2. Review: The grievance process is reviewed to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent similar grievances in the future.

Step 7: Involvement of Ombudsperson

Only in the case of unavoidable and critical grievances the issues will be escalated to Ombudsperson.
