Postgraduate Programs Offered
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The MBA program at Surana College was established in the year 1999 and attained Autonomous status in 2021. Currently, the program has a sanctioned intake of 240 students. This is a Two Years Full time Program affiliated to Bangalore University, recognised by AICTE, New Delhi and Government of Karnataka. The Program presently follows the choice-based credit system and offering core as well as dual specialisation as autonomous program under Bangalore University with the approvals of UGC, New Delhi. The Department is Re-accredited by NAAC, New Delhi with A+ grade. It is also ISO certified. Institution is one of the student preferred top 50 Institution in Indian context.
Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
The department of MCA was established in the year 2000. MCA is offered as a two-year program with a current intake of 120. The program is approved by AICTE and is autonomous under the affiliation of Bangalore University. The course is intended to produce qualified professionals well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the growing demand in Computer Science and Applications. The course emphasizes programming languages, web technologies, software engineering, and application development requisites to fulfil the IT requirements. Also, the department provides specialization courses on Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning for the students to learn and equip the knowledge on current trends in the respective fields.
Master of Commerce (MCOM)
The Master of Commerce (MCom) program at Surana College – Autonomous offers a comprehensive industry-oriented curriculum designed to prepare students for success in the dynamic world of business and finance. It is ranked one of the top ten colleges to pursue masters in psychology. The Post Graduate course in The Master of Science in Psychology (M.Sc. Psychology) is a two year full time program. That provides the students with the theoretical, research and applied perspectives of psychology.
