It is observed that, across the globe, the corporates are inclining for their business process re-engineering due to influence of Automation, Augmented Virtual Reality, Digital Transformation, Big Data explosion and Cloud Computing. Corporates operating in India too are following the global trend. Hence there is a need for change in competency mix among the existing and prospective employee of the corporates. In this context, the Technical and Business Schools are empowered by the Education Accrediting and Regulating Agencies to redesign the curriculum with Core, Specialised and Multidisciplinary courses to match the future requirements.
@MBA program, we are carefully considering the “GLOCAL” Change Dynamics and designing the curriculum to match the future requirements. The curriculum is designed with Broad Core Management and Allied Supporting Courses with Career Specific Elective. The need for solving the Societal Problems through Management Solutions are apt for the present situation, Impact of Management solutions on society (IMPMANSOS), a practice-oriented research-based course is introduced as a SPECIAL CAREER to encourage Society Management.
To enhance the Employment Creation, to serve the society with Innovative, Creative and Lateral Application Products and or Services, Start-Up Management course is introduced as a special career.
To bridge the Gap of Theory to Practice, all the courses are designed with a practical component. Value Added Courses in upcoming contemporary verticals of management are offered.
